Ever since a hacker revealed three new mystery Pokemon in Pokemon X/Y (Diance, Hoopa and Volcanion), players have been wondering WHEN these Pokemon would be released. We never heard anything else about these three until it was revealed that Diancie would have a Mega Evolution; but still no word on WHEN it would be released. Well with the released of the Generation III remakes Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby right around the corner, we are finally getting Diancie – and something else.

According to Pokemon.com, the weeks leading up to the release of Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby will be full of promotional events. The first of which occurs between October 13^th and Octover 26^th, where if you head over to Gamestop, you can get a special code for a Shiny Gengar holding its Mega Stone.

Immediately following the Shiny Gengar event, Gamestop will be releasing the codes for the Mythical Diancie. If you visit between October 27^th and November 16^th, you will get a code card which will give you the Mythical Diancie in Pokemon X/Y. Once Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby are released on November 21^st, you can transfer Diancie to the new games and try to obtain its Mega Stone.
